Image Manipulator 1.0 Released!

Hey everyone! I recently created a new application called image manipulator. This was created to showcase the Python Imaging Library. This was a fun little project, and hopefully, you enjoy using it. It's actually incredible to see how powerful the library is. I will hopefully be updating this project regularly so check back soon! This program can be quite useful when used correctly. So try it out, and leave a comment if you have any questions. Also, if you have a better name idea (as this one sucks) please let me know.
